1. Agreement
By using StudyPebble, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. StudyPebble is an educational tool for SAT and AP exam preparation.
2. Who can use StudyPebble
You must be at least 13 years old to use StudyPebble. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use StudyPebble to cheat on actual exams, share copyrighted content that isn't yours, attempt to break the service, or harass other users. Questions are meant for practice — not for reproduction elsewhere.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your profile page. Refund requests are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.
6. AI-generated content
StudyPebble uses AI models to generate practice questions, explanations, and tutoring responses. AI output can be wrong. Use StudyPebble as a study aid, not the final word on any topic. Always cross-check against official College Board materials.
7. Content ownership
AP and SAT are trademarks of the College Board, which does not endorse or affiliate with StudyPebble. Practice questions on StudyPebble are original or AI-generated; they do not reproduce real College Board exams.
8. Disclaimer
StudyPebble is provided "as is." We can't guarantee score improvements, exam outcomes, or college admissions results. Your study effort matters more than the tool.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
